was not named to the All-Star team. I don't know why. He led his team in ERA, K's, W's, K/BB. This is a team that lead it's division at the ASB, and sent another pitcher from the same starting staff as it's lone representative. It's unbelievable that this guy has been tabbed as "lucky" this season just because he's near the highest run support
of anyone in the major leagues. Those same people neglect to mention that his RS is comparable to Mark Mulder
and Curt Schilling
Well tonight the Cleveland Indians got a taste of the real Mark Buehrle; the All-Star. He was brilliant; throwing a complete game shutout, allowing two hits, yet facing the minimum 27 batters, all while only throwing only 90 pitches.
Think about this one:
Mark Buehrle faced only 27 batters.
The White Sox had 25 Baserunners!!!
