I lamented about Fank Thomas' injury.
Topping it all off, making it a perfect day, Frank Thomas, who was already on the DL, has been found to have a stress fracture. There appears to be no reason to believe that he'll require surgery, but he should be expected to miss 2 months. According to the article, he will be reevaluated in 4 weeks, at which point it's my guess that they will announce the full extent of the injury, and reveal that Frank will be gone for the entire year.
Nothing to substantiate that scenario, but let's just say I have a feeling.
Well just within the past hour Bruce Levine, of ESPN 1000, is reporting that Frank is done for the season. It's going to take 6-8 weeks just for him to get to the point where he can rehab his foot/ankle.
Hate to say it; but, I told you so.
